Access Knowledge Based Articles
1. Once in the eCM, locate the "?" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and click on it.
2. Click on the [KNOWLEDGE BASE] tab.
3. Search for articles either by clicking on a category and scrolling through the articles or by using
the magnifying glass field.
4. Click on the article you need to reference.
5. Click on the "X" to exit the Knowledge Base area.
