Can I copy an item?

Yes! Your eCM allows you to copy any item you have already created, with or without photos, to make it more efficient to add similar items.

Go to your Inventory and click the checkbox next to the item you wish to copy, then select Copy from the action bar at the top of the screen.

OR if you have the item open, you can click the three stacked dots  icon in the top right corner, then select Copy from the menu that appears.

You will be asked if you want to copy your items with photos or without. Check the box to copy your photos, or leave the box empty to copy the item details without photos.

Your copied item will appear in your inventory list, with the word "copy" in the title. To edit the title or other details, click on the item to open the editing page as you would with any other item.

All item details will be copied forward except for item location and online marketplace listings. You will need to add those for the new item. (We did this on purpose to avoid confusion!)
