Forgot Password | Reset Password | Change Password
To reset your password:
1. From the eCM dashboard login screen, click [Forgot password]
2. Enter your email address on file with Ronati and click [RESET MY PASSWORD]
Once submitted, you will receive an email from Ronati with a link to reset your password.
To change your password:
1. On the upper right hand side of the eCM dashboard, click on the dropdown next to your account name and select [Account settings]
2. Select [CHANGE PASSWORD] from account settings options.
3. Enter your existing password in the "Old Password" field
4. Enter your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields
5. Click [UPDATE]
