Why are my items in draft status on my marketplace?

Occasionally, Ronati will save your items in draft status on your marketplace. The most common reason for this is that we need additional information from you to make your listing live on the marketplace.

Things change pretty quickly in the world of online selling. Sometimes marketplaces add or change required listing fields to keep up with buyers' needs. In these cases, our team of Inventory Management Specialists will create your listings as a draft if the marketplace has that option. Once we receive the additional information, we will complete your live marketplace listing.

For the marketplaces that do not offer draft listings, Ronati will reach out to get additional information from you before beginning your posting on the marketplace.

If you need further assistance, please get in touch with your account manager or send an email to customercare@ronati.com, and we'll get it to the right person.
