Using Tags in Listings


  1. When you are adding or editing an item, TAGS will appear in the DETAILS section based on information that is being entered.
  2. You are able to add 13 words or phrases as TAGS that a customer may search by for your product.
  3. To add additional TAGS outside of what the Ronati eCM pulls from your information, click in the TAGS field.





  1. Type the word or phrase to add to the tags.
  2. Use the TAB button to enter the next tag. 
  3. To remove a tag from the tags field click the “X” to the right of the tag word or phrase.

      To filter your inventory search in the eCM: 1. From the dashboard, click the [FILTER BY ↓] dropdown. 2. Enter your search parameters (title, category, price, etc.) 3. Click the orange [FILTER] button.

      To download an item list to your computer: Click the [EXPORT] dropdown in the top right hand corner of your item dashboard page and select the desired format (PDF, EXCEL or CSV). Once you select a file type the download will start automatically. ​
