That's it!

Once you send the invitation, Ronati should receive the email notification.

WHERE CAN I VIEW PREVIOUSLY INVITED CONTRIBUTORS ON SQUARESPACE?

Invited contributors are listed under Invites Sent in the Permissions Panel.

CONTRIBUTOR'S INVITATION NOT RECEIVED?

If the invited contributor hasn't received your invitation email, you can click their contributor profile under Invites Sent and copy the Invitation Link using the copy button. Once you copy the link, you can paste it in an email and send it to them directly.

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES BEFORE THE INVITATION IS ACCEPTED

If you need to edit the contributor's permissions before they accept the invitation

1. Click their name in the Invites Sent area to open their contributor profile.
2. From here, you can change their permission level by toggling the switches on the menu on and off.

If you entered the wrong email or don't want to invite the contributor
1. Click on the three dots ( ... ) in their contributor profile
2. Then click Cancel Invite

Follow the steps above to resend a new invitation if needed.
